The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nature Adventure Mail. Nature Adventure Mail operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide you with a curated subscription and letter bundle experience.

Nature Adventure Mail is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • You are using the Services for personal use only.

  • You will provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

SECTION 2 – NATURE OF OUR SERVICES

Nature Adventure Mail is a subscription-based and one-time letter bundle service.

We offer:

  • Monthly subscription plans (3, 6, and 12 months)

  • One-time letter bundles

Each monthly letter package includes:

  • A high-quality double-sided hand-drawn letter

  • Observations and field notes card

  • Activity page

  • Adventure ticket

All content is original and intended for personal use only.

SECTION 3 – SUBSCRIPTIONS

  1. No Auto-Renewal
    All subscriptions do NOT renew automatically.

  2. Full-Term Payment
    You are charged for the full subscription term at the time of purchase.

  3. No Mid-Term Cancellation
    Once your subscription begins, it remains active for the full term and is not eligible for cancellation.

  4. Renewal Reminders
    We will send reminder emails:

    • 2 months before expiry

    • 1 month before expiry

    • 2 weeks before expiry

    • 1 week before expiry

  5. Expiry Notification
    You will receive an email confirming subscription expiry.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders cannot be canceled once processed.

You agree that your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

SECTION 5 – PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed before order confirmation.

  • We use Razorpay and other secure payment gateways.

You confirm that you are authorized to use your selected payment method.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions placed on or before the 1st of the month are shipped by mid-month.

  • Remote areas may require additional shipping time.

Letter Bundles

  • Orders placed between 1st–14th ship between 17th–21st.

  • Orders placed between 15th–end of month ship between 4th–7th of the following month.

We use postal mail (“snail mail”). Delivery may take up to 2–4 weeks.

If your letter has not arrived within 6 weeks of order placement, please contact us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control.

SECTION 7 – ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the letter is shipped, no refund will be issued.

  • Future letters will be sent to the corrected address once you notify us.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of address changes.

SECTION 8 – REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on any subscriptions or purchases.

However:

  • If your letter arrives damaged, you may request a free replacement.

  • If your letter is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including:

  • Letters

  • Illustrations

  • Designs

  • Text

  • Branding

  • Logos

are the intellectual property of Nature Adventure Mail and/or the respective artists.

You may not reproduce, recreate, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is powered by Shopify.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any transactions between you and Nature Adventure Mail.

We may also use third-party shipping providers such as Delhivery or similar logistics services.

SECTION 11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nature Adventure Mail shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Postal delays

  • Lost profits

  • Data loss

  • Any damages arising from the use of our Services

All products and services are provided “as is”.

SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

SECTION 13 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
