It all started with my love for nature..
As a birdwatcher who has traveled the world in search of more than 750 bird species, and as an artist, mother, and grandmother, I always hoped that my children and grandchildren would grow up with a deep love for nature. I wanted them to marvel at its wonders, understand our connection to nature, and become empathetic beings who would protect biodiversity and wild spaces that make our planet extraordinary.

When my daughters were young, nothing delighted them more than receiving a letter addressed just to them. Their excitement, combined with my passion for nature, inspired me to create something simple yet magical, something that young readers could look forward to each month that invites them explore and learn about our planet’s wild adventures.

In today’s fast-paced digital world, one thing still feels undeniably special: opening a beautiful letter. There is a certain magic in opening that envelope, unfolding a story, and imagine setting out on an adventure beyond the page.

About this adventure

Every letter from Nature Adventure Mail takes elements from my real life travels. I conduct in-depth research gather interesting information on each landscape. Each letter is lovingly created, allowing me to weave together my passion for nature, travel, and art.

Traveling each month with our fictional character Lilli the explorer, you will get to explore our planet’s unique landscapes, animals, plants and people.

With a deep commitment to sharing the wonders of Earth’s precious ecosystems, each letter is filled with real-world facts, engaging narrative, and unique insights that will inspire you to travel and explore.
