Shipping policy

Monthly Subscriptions

For existing subscribers and new subscribers who subscribe on or before the 1st of the month, letters will be prepared and packed by mid-month and dispatched so they can be received before the end of the month. Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Letter Bundles

We operate two shipping cycles each month:

• Orders placed between the 1st and 14th of the month will be shipped during the third week (between the 17th and 21st) of the same month.

• Orders placed between the 15th and the end of the month will be shipped during the first week (between the 4th and 7th) of the following month.

All letters are shipped via postal mail. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery once your letter has been dispatched.
