Lilli is the fictional explorer and author of your monthly Nature Adventure Mail. She embarks on adventures to explore new ecosystems each month and writes to her readers about it.

Who can go on this adventure?

Nature Adventure Mail is perfect for explorers aged 4-14. But here is a secret: younger adventurers, older kids, and even adults love these beautifully crafted letters. Got a little one under 5? These make wonderful bedtime stories.

Is this a fun way to get my child away from screens?

Here’s the thing: every Nature Adventure Mail letter gives your kid/grandkid a great reason to forget about screens for a while. We load these letters up with interactive activities that feel way more like playtime than learning (even though lots of learning is happening!). It’s quality time spent learning about the natural world and guess what? No WiFi required.

What can I expect in each letter?

Each month our readers receive a lovingly crafted, double-sided letter straight from Lilli herself! She’ll tell you all about her latest expedition, the incredible place she’s exploring, the amazing creatures she is observing, and the natural wonders that make each spot special and worth protecting.

Every adventure features actual locations (and are inspired from real travel stories), woven together with fascinating nuggets from history, geography, culture and biology. Through Lilli’s eyes, you and your child will journey through captivating stories brimming with facts, breathtaking wild places, and pure adventure.

Plus, every package includes Lilli’s field notes, a hands-on activity to enjoy with a friend, and a sneak peek ticket to your next destination!

How soon will I receive my letter?

Lightning speed (well, as fast as the postal service allows)!

For Monthly Subscriptions:

If you’re an existing subscriber or a new subscriber who subscribed on or before the 1st of the month, we’ll prepare and pack up your letter by mid-month and send it your way, so you can receive it before the month ends. Remote locations might need a few extra days for the journey!

For Letter Bundles:

We have two shipping cycles each month. Orders placed from 1st to 14th of each month will be shipped by the third week of the month. Orders placed on the 15th to the end of the month will be shipped by the first week of the next month.

We use snail mail (post) to ship the letters so please expect to wait for up to two weeks once the letter ships.

What if I don’t want to wait? Can I get multiple adventures delivered at once?

Yes, we do! Though we’re big fans of the anticipation that comes with monthly mail (it’s like having a pen pal!), we know and understand that life happens. Maybe you are traveling, or maybe you just cannot contain your excitement, that is totally fair! You can grab bundles of 3-5 letters shipped all at once instead. However, the adventures in the letter bundles will be fixed (you cannot pick and choose custom letters) and we will update them every couple of weeks.

Do you provide custom letters?

Yes! Our letters make great return gifts for birthday parties, school events or other occasions. We are happy to customize letters to include any topics, characters, places, etc. We can design letters on any themes - history, space, superheros, mythology, religion etc. and add custom bookmarks, stickers and more. Since it takes us 20+ hours to curate each letter, the minimum order size for custom letters must be 50. You can email us with your custom request for a unique, plastic free and eco friendly gift.

Do you ship the letters worldwide?

Currently we are shipping these letters across India. We do plan to ship it internationally soon.

What if I change my address?

No problem. Life happens. Just contact us with your updated address, and we will start sending letters to your new address from next month.
